Let me take this opportunity to welcome you to Crossroads United Methodist Church of Washington, Illinois where we meet you at the crossroads of your life and offer you the “Good News” of Jesus Christ. The Old Testament Prophet Jeremiah writing to the exiled remnant of Jerusalem reported that God wanted them to know He was watching over them and would provide them a place of safety and security to live. God spoke through Jeremiah to the people saying, “Stand at the CROSSROADS and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.” Jeremiah 6:16 – NIV. Crossroads is committed to providing a place where people can get connected to Jesus Christ, walk on the good path in life and find rest for their souls.
